River Title & Escrow, LLC began operating in 2017. However, much of the team has been working in the real estate closing industry for a much longer time and they bring those years of experience with them to work each day. We are a small but mighty team and we aim to ensure our clients have a good closing experience. 

We are willing and able to assist in:  Loan Purchases, Cash Purchases, Seller Side Closings

For Sale By Owner Closings, Refinances, Home Equity or other Credit Line Closings, Commercial Closings, Auction Purchases, and Foreclosure Purchases.

Our primary service area is the Northern Neck counties including: Essex, Richmond, Westmoreland, Northumberland, and Lancaster. We are also able to assist our clients outside of these areas and can do work in King & Queen, King William, Middlesex, Caroline, Gloucester. If you have a closing that you would like our assistance in outside of these areas, please call or email us and we will work with you to see if we can accommodate your request.
